With over 10 years’ experience as a coach and facilitator, Franca supports senior leaders and executives to unlock their potential, strengthen leadership capability, and navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity. Will is an experienced NHS strategy and transformation leader with over a decade of experience designing and delivering large-scale change across acute, community and mental health settings.

He combines analytical rigour, commercial acumen, and legal expertise, holding an MBA (Distinction), a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management, and a Bachelor of Law.
